Terms & Conditions & Tips

• Best time for the shoot:
• Maternity: 29-34 weeks • Newborn: 5-15 days • Baby: 6-10 months
(100-day shoot isn’t ideal, due to baby’s expression & pose are limited)
• Cake smash/1st Bday: 8-10 months (Before baby starts crawling)
*Book a cake from us 3 days prior or BYO
• Regarding the newborn shoot,
we suggest booking a slot 5-15 days after your due date,
whether the baby is born early or late, you can reschedule.
• Free rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice.
However, Late notice or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
If the baby is very upset during the shoot, we will try to reschedule.
• A $100 retainer per session is required to secure your booking.
It’ll be deducted in the final payment which is due on the shoot day.
The retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Original photos will be sent within 4 days (after payment is cleared).
• All packages include high-res JPGs. To order RAW files, check FAQ
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with prep tips, please review it.
• Prices are reviewed annually.
If you reschedule, the rate at the time of rebooking applies.
