  • You are more than welcome to leave some words to the receiver, please send them to us.
    Alternatively, we will have the package name on it.
  • We will send the digital, high-res gift card from our official email to both the receiver and you.
    Alternatively, we can send it to you, so you can print it out and hand it over by yourself.
    Let us know which way suits you better.
  • There is no expiry date on the gift card. The receiver can contact us anytime when they want to book in.
    We suggest booking with us 8 weeks prior as we are usually booked out earlier.
  • You can put on any amount that may suit you, here is the pricing page for your reference:

    *We review & adjust the pricing twice a year. The pricing applies to the gift card receiver is the one when the booking action takes place.
    In both the gift card and email, we will notify the receiver to book in a slot ASAP to avoid variation.
  • No surcharge on bank transfer, 3% surcharge on the credit card (include Amex).
  • The gift card is not refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
